In the role of Front Desk Manager, you will provide leadership and direction of the front desk team to ensure that the warm atmosphere that guests associate with Holiday Inn is created and maintained for the duration of their stay. You will also be depended upon to handle transactions, offer local insights, and anticipate your guests’ every need to ensure that they enjoy a comfortable stay in our leading 4* hotel.
