Are you an experienced Hotel Sales Manager ready for your next big opportunity? The vibrant and modern Hampton by Hilton London Park Royal is on the lookout for an on-property Sales Manager to spearhead and grow sales across corporate, meetings, and leisure markets.
What You’ll Do
Drive Revenue Growth: Proactively target Corporate Transient, Group, Leisure, and Meetings & Events segments. Champion our meeting space and secure spots in local and global travel programs.
Foster Client Relationships: Build strong partnerships with new and existing clients while collaborating with Starboard Hotels and Hilton’s commercial teams to create cohesive sales strategies.
Be the Face of the Hotel: Represent the hotel at client meetings, networking events, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
You’re a motivated sales professional who’s ready to hit the ground running. Ideally, you’ll bring:
Proven success in proactive hotel sales roles, preferably in branded hotels.
A strong understanding of the London market and a robust professional network.
Experience with Hilton’s Sales structure and international organizations.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A background in Travel Trade or on-property sales management
