Starboard Hotels is partnering with established multinational hotel groups and has a strategy to match the individual site with the right hotel brand and to operate in the manner that balances risk and returns
Limited Service Hotels will be owned and operated by Starboard Hotels under franchise agreement. The preferred brands are Express by Holiday Inn, part of the Inter Continental Hotel Group and Hampton Inn by Hilton, Part of Hilton Group.
Full service hotels will be owned by Starboard Hotels but operated by the brand under management contract, the preferred brand for which is Courtyard by Marriott www.marriott.co.uk part of Marriott International and Garden Inn, Part of Hilton International.
