The Cliffden is recruiting a talented Head Chef who can add style and panache to our existing culinary repertoire. It is an ideal role for a seasoned professional searching for an opportunity to embrace a new challenge by designing a fresh new menu showcasing a variety of local dishes.

 

You will be a conscientious, motivated individual with the confidence to manage all aspects of food safety within a kitchen environment. You will be able to readily demonstrate creative flair and will welcome the challenge of making a big impact on the hotel’s culinary output as we seek to restore the Cliffden to its former glories.
