We are searching for a dynamic and talented Guest Services Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Express, Burnley. This role represents a great opportunity for a passionate individual seeking to continue their personal and professional development with a new challenge.
In the role of Guest Services Manager, you will provide leadership direction for your hotel by maximising financial returns, driving the development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of hotel and brand in the local community. You may need to act as the General Manager in their absence.
You should have a minimum of one years’ experience of the hospitality industry acquired in a similar role. Ideally this would be within an IHG branded property, although it is not essential.
We will reward your hard work and dedication with a competitive salary (circa 18,000, dependent on previous experience), benefits package and performance-related bonuses.
